Shipping and Delivery
All medication is shipped using Royal Mail. Delivery is FREE for all UK orders over £35.00 in value, except for private prescription orders where there is a charge of £6.95 plus a dispensing fee of £5.00. Delivery includes packing, postage and insurance. All goods, whether prescription or not, are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and require a signature on delivery. The majority of all orders received before 3:30pm are picked and dispatched the same day and will usually be delivered to you within 24 hours (next working day) depending on the delivery service (there may be slight delays to the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands). Overseas Deliveries We are able to supply orders to most countries worldwide (outside UK) for a delivery charge of £10.00, by Royal Mail International Signed For and equivalent international services, and will require a signature on delivery. Delivery includes packing, postage and insurance. We only use completely opaque packaging, with no indication of its contents. An additional charge may be added depending on the weight of your order and the destination. Delivery may take from 3 – 7 working days, depending on the country of destination and the delivery service. Under UK law we are only able to dispense prescriptions written by medical practitioners who are registered in the UK. Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Due to pharmacy legislation we cannot send prescription medications to Belgium, Spain, France & Ireland.

PHARMAHEALTH PLUS LTD., respects the privacy of individuals who visit our web site, and we have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our web site. Our site uses cookies to track how you were referred to us. We use an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (e.g. email address), and any other relevant information, so that we can process orders and send information about our company to our customers. The medical information you supply is used only by our medical staff to approve or decline orders for specific medications, and to send to you a letter for your doctor in order to comply with the 'Good Medical Practice' as set out by the General Medical Council. Any information obtained via the web site, is privately and confidentially held by PHARMAHEALTH PLUS LTD., and is not passed on to any third party for promotional or financial gain, except to obtain payment for orders received. This site provides users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communication from us, where we request information about the visitor. Use of this web site including submission of an order form, constitutes acceptance by you of this Privacy Statement.
Returns & Replacements

It is prohibited to accept returns of prescription medication - we therefore cannot accept returns or give refunds unless faulty or sent incorrectly - please be sure that the medication you order is what you actually want / need by discussing with your own doctor / physician.In the event that you are entitled to a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.If you are unhappy with our service in any way, we would like to know. We will do everything we can to resolve your complaints to your satisfaction.
